Monthly/yearly mean data

Hello,

 

Is there a way to get the monthly/yearly meanstd data in .nc or .csv format?

I’m not sure how to get the .a and .b files into QGIS.

For the GOFS 3.1 Reanalysis see https://data.hycom.org/datasets/GLBv0.08/expt_53.X/meanstd/netcdf/

We don't have this for the 3.1 Analysis.

For ESPC-D-V2 we only have daily means here
