Practice ticketing system

Apologies for the outage of the website's ticketing system this evening, our website has most plug-ins set to automatically update and there was an unexpected conflict with an update that was released earlier this evening.

The conflict had been resolved and the plug-ins responsible for this functionality has been set to manual updates only to hopefully avoid future outages. Additionally, this evenings practice has been extended for purchase until end of day Monday.
