old e-mails attached to a user name

Hello,
As the ConnectomeDB is shutting down, I wanted to register to BALSA,
however, while potentially I already have a user name on BALSA, the
e-mail address probably remained attached to now defunct e-mail addresses.

I looked up BALSA page for contacting a systems administrator but was
unable to find the info, thus I am reaching out using this group e-mail.

Is there anyway on BALSA to update an old e-mail address attached to an
existing username?

Hi Alpay,

If you know your password, you can login to BALSA and update your email in your profile by clicking your username in blue at the top right of the homepage, then Edit Profile:

 

 

If you forgot your password, you can use the Forgotten password function in the Login modal, to be sent an email to reset. If you no longer have access to that email, let us know and we can reset you email internally. Alternatively, you can reregister with a different username and your current email address.
