Thank you for reaching out!

I will now discuss directly about a particular subject with  ID 397760 (one of the many). 

I extracted the time series for all the four separate files (rfMRI_REST1_LR_hp2000_clean_rclean_tclean.nii, rfMRI_REST1_RL_hp2000_clean_rclean_tclean.nii, rfMRI_REST2_LR_hp2000_clean_rclean_tclean.nii, rfMRI_REST2_RL_hp2000_clean_rclean_tclean.nii) successfully, for both HCP glasser and Brainnetome atlases. There were no ROIs with zero voxels. 

However, when I run it on the supplied concatenated file "rfMRI_REST_hp2000_clean_rclean_tclean.nii", there are 100 HCP Glasser atlas ROIs with zero voxels.
