Public Release of Scalar Data Derived From Imaging

Is it possible to publicly release scalar data (as a CSV) derived from imaging data of any of the HCP datasets? Not age/sex/diagnostic/behavioral/etc., only quantitative values (such as brain volume for a specific region).

The overriding reason that we put data use terms on our downloads is that our IRB requires us to.  The question of how you can release data you made is a question for your own IRB (because the legal risk is on your side, not ours).

Do not take this as legal advice, but a CSV of region volumes doesn't sound like it has nearly as much potential liability as the images we release.
