Browser not able to recognize IBM aspera

Hi,
I am trying to download Diffusion 3T Preprocessed Recommended from the HCP-YA 2025 dataset(https://balsa.wustl.edu/project?project=HCP_YA). I have IBM Aspera software, Browser Extension and also have agreed to Data Use Terms. After queuing there is no option for download.

Dear Anish,

I hope this email finds you well. I might use to meet the same problem. I think you need to download Aspera Connect software. It's hard to believe that IBM Aspera software and  Aspera Connect software is different. But it's the truth.

So overall, make sure you have  3 items before download. 1.IBM Aspera software 2.Browser Extension IBM Aspera Connect 3.Aspera Connect software.
