internal server error when I download the data

Dear HCP team,
    I can't download the data from (https://db.humanconnectome.org/data/projects/MGH_DIFF)  via IBM Aspera  Connect. I get "internal server error") I want to know if it's my issue or a problem with the transferring storage servers.  And when the retest data will be downloadable again?

Hi Yingqiang,
I also get the error when I try downloading from ConnectomeDB and it appears that the problem is the Aspera server. I have notified the team that can work on fixing the problem, but we are in the midst of the holidays here so it might take a few days for us to resolve the problem.

Hi Jennifer,

I'm running into the same problem. It takes me to the Download Package Launcher page, and then nothing happens (no prompt) until a few minutes later I get the Aspera "Internal Server Error" box in the web browser window. I've tried on two different institutional WiFis, as well as my home WiFi with the same issue. 

The Aspera Diagnostic Test runs without issue.

Any thoughts?

Hi Nick,

We had to reboot the Aspera server and it is now working for downloads. We are actively working on getting a new platform for HCP-YA data sharing in place due to the instability of ConnectomeDB which is near end of life. Stay tuned!
