How to download ?h.aparc.a2009s.stats

Dear,

I plan to use the thickness and volume values from the ?h.aparc.a2009s.stats files of the HCP-Aging dataset. Do I need to download all the Extended FreeSurfer data, or is there a way to download only these specific .stats files? Additionally, is there an alternative CSV file that contains these values for the Destrieux cortical atlas instead of the Glasser atlas?

Hi Ava,

You need to download the Structural Extended package on BALSA to get those files. For the LS 2.0 release HCA subjects, you could alternatively download the Structural Preprocessed Freesurfer package from NDA. Currently, there isn't a way to download individual files on BALSA or from NDA. For BALSA, we are planning to implement a REST-like interface that will enable downloads of individual files, but we don't have a target timeframe for that for HCA/AABC.  

We do not provide CSV IDPs for the Destrieux cortical atlas.
