Update: BALSA Aspera downloads operational

Our filesystem has been restored and downloads from BALSA that require the Aspera server are now working including all imaging package and large zip files downloads from ConnectomeDB powered by BALSA – HCP-YA, HCP-YA Retest, AABC projects.

We again apologize for the inconvenience of the extended outage. Happy downloading!
