Hi,

In order to get the gradient field nonlinearity coefficients for the Connectome Skyra (SC72 gradient in the Connectom scanner at WashU) it is suggested to email Siemens. From two different posts they recommend the next emails:

Are these still the proper addresses to email, or has there been any update?

Thanks

Hi Ruben,
These are the most recent contacts we have for that:

For USA: Yulin Chang (yulin...@siemens-healthineers.com)

For rest of world: Martin Stoltnow (martin....@siemens-healthineers.com)”

Keep us updated if those don't work.
Best,
Jenn

Hi Jenn,

Related, do you know where I can find the parameter values that were used to run the HCP pipelines on the 3T HCP-YA data? I am testing some preprocessing on HCP-YA rawdata and I want to use the exact same parameters.

Thanks,

Ruben

Hi Ruben,
We recommend starting with the "Batch" files in Examples at https://github.com/Washington-University/HCPpipelines with the caveat that some of those examples may now be more reflective of HCA/AABC processing parameters rather than representative of how we ran HCP-YA data. In the case of diffusion, these example scripts may not use advanced options.

Best,
Jenn
