Hi,

The Harms et al. (2018) paper said: "data from more than 100 healthy subjects in the 22–35 age range, scanned using protocols very similar to ours, will be made available via the NIH-funded Connectomes Related to Human Disease projects."  This effectively uses the HCP D/A protocol and applies it to the HCP YA age range.

Is this data still going to be collected and is it known when it will be released?

Many thanks
Jamie

Hi Jamie,
Most of this data has been collected already as part of the 14 Connectomes Related to Human Disease (CRHD) projects that are in the (lengthy) process of being released in the NDA over the next 2 years. However, some data is available now and some should be available soon:

  • There are also two projects that are relatively close to release within the next month or two with some healthy controls included, some of which fall in the 22-35 age range. These projects will have preprocessed data of all modalities available.
For the remaining CRHD projects, we will release unprocessed image data (ready to process with HCP pipelines) and behavioral data. The goal is to do a release every 1-2 months.

Best,
Jenn
