How to download the group average resting-state functional connectivity.

             Hello, I’ve already registered a BALSA account, but I found that I can only add individual subject data to the queue for download. Hi Xinru,

A dataset containing S1200 Group Average data is available at: https://balsa.wustl.edu/reference/pkXDZ

Specifically, the scene file: https://balsa.wustl.edu/sceneFile/7qP5m

The other scene file in that study includes individual surface maps of structural data (which you may not need) and is much larger to download.

If you are interested in analyzed connectivity data, we do still have the older data on Amazon S3 if you have an S3 key (we will be moving S3 credential creation to BALSA soon), but we recommend using the newer data in connectivity analyses. Others can recommend the most up to date approach to doing these analyses.
