conf2hires error

I used following code to run freesurfer step without using up sampling to 0.7 mm,

but I faced to this Error:

how can I solve this error?

I have to say when conf2hires is true, I won't face this issue.

We probably haven't tested conf2hires=false much.  Does "true" cause a problem with the data for you?

Looks like we would probably need to grab a different T2w file from the freesurfer folder when not using conf2hires, but that isn't implemented.
