extract time series at power coordinate

Dear HCP users, 

I am trying to extract time series using power coordinates. 

Is there any established way to do it for HCPA data?

What is a power coordinate?  We recommend using surface-based functionally relevant parcellations, such as the HCP’s multi-modal parcellation:
