Expanded FreeSurfer Data

Good Afternoon,

I know that there is a file in the HCP YA that contains all the extracted freesurfer data. It's called "Expanded FreeSurfer Data" and can easily be downloaded in a csv. Does a similar file exist for the HCP-aging cohort? I have access to the data through the NDA but I wasn't able to locate an analogous file for the aging cohort.  If one doesn't exist, is there a simple way to compile this from the .stats files that are available?

No, a similar file for HCP-D and HCP-A is not available or hosted currently in the NDA.

 

If you have the FS stats directory for each individual, you can compile the stats using FreeSurfer’s asegstats2table and aparcstats2table scripts.
