Dear HCP Experts,

I am currently analyzing task fMRI data and have some questions regarding the provided files. Using the motor task and subject 100307 as an example, I would like to understand the following:

  1. What are the differences between the first column of ‘.../100307_3T_tfMRI_MOTOR_analysis_s2/100307/MNINonLinear/Results/tfMRI_MOTOR/tfMRI_MOTOR_hp200_s2_level2_MSMAll.feat/100307_tfMRI_MOTOR_level2_hp200_s2_MSMAll.dscalar.nii and ‘.../100307_3T_tfMRI_MOTOR_analysis_s2/100307/MNINonLinear/Results/tfMRI_MOTOR/tfMRI_MOTOR_hp200_s2_level2_MSMAll.feat/GrayordinatesStats/cope1.feat/cope1.dtseries.nii?
  2. How do the statistical values in zflame1lowertstat1 and zflame1uppertstat1 compare to those in zstat1?
  3. What types of analyses or interpretations are best suited for each of these files?

Thank you for your assistance and insights.

Best regards,

Perhaps it would be good to know more about your goals here.
