Dear members,

I was recently working with the concatenated resting-state files in the BALSA release. While dealing with the time series extraction with SPM functions using two different brain atlases, I found that the results had many ROIs with zero time series. Although it seems reasonable, the extent of affected ROIs seems unreasonable. So, I tried to run the same process on the separated functional files (before the concatenation), and surprisingly, all the time series are OK for all the files.

This raises a question of whether the concatenated data in the latest BALSA release has some header or other file structuring issues.

Regards,
Shyamchand

Is there a specific file you would like us to check?
