BALSA registration issue

Hello everyone,
 

My name is Ali Tepsaev, I'm a student at Higher School of Economics and research engineer in Laboratory of experimental linguistics at Adyghe State University.

Recently I've been trying to register my account on BALSA website to get access to some research files, but I constantly get a password confirmation error: the system does not accept my password the second time, although it is identical to the first input. The screenshot of the problem is attached.

Could you please tell me if there's any way to tackle this issue?
