Hi!
I have access to the restricted data but I am unable to find a file containing the exact age of the participant. Am I missing it somewhere on the BALSA site or do I need to contact someone to get the data?
Thank you!
Kandace

I followed the procedure suggested in another user’s response:
clicking on "Export CSV" and selecting All Columns, or
selecting the data I need with the Column Selector and then clicking on "Export CSV" and selecting Selected Columns.
However, instead of starting the CSV download, the screen just shifts to the center and nothing happens. Could you let me know how to resolve this issue?
Sincerly,
Bokyeong

Hi Kandace,
Hi Guillaume,
I can’t reproduce your issue. You do not need Aspera to download the non-imaging CSV files. Have you agreed to the Open Access Data Use Terms? Could you please take screenshots of your process so we can troubleshoot?
Best,
Jenn
