BALSA was only down for a few hours on May 15 and has been up since. Register for an account, login, click on the ConnectomeDB tab, then the HCP-YA 2025 project and agree to the Data Use Terms.
The only way to get the “S1200 Extensively Processed fMRI Data (2017,
documentation here)” is from the AWS S3 bucket. On the project page, click Get/Reset AWS Credentials to get an AWS key and follow the instructions
here under "Connecting to AWS Data Using These Credentials".
Once you are connected using an S3 browser, open hcp-openaccess>HCP_Resources>GroupAvg then select the HCP_S1200 zip archives or files that you want to download.
