Dear Support Team,

We recently requested access to the HCP-Young Adult 2025 database (https://balsa.wustl.edu/project?project=HCP_YA). However, when trying to download the "Test-Retest Subjects With Retest MR Data," we consistently encounter the error message "No such file or directory" in the IBM Aspera Connect software. We have attempted the download from multiple computers, but the issue persists.

Could you please let us know what might be causing this problem? We appreciate your assistance.

Thank you very much!

Best regards,

Hi Yicheng,

We are experiencing a major filesystem outage that is affecting all downloads from BALSA that require the Aspera server (all imaging package downloads from ConnectomeDB powered by BALSA – HCP-YA, HCP-YA Retest, AABC). The current ETA for a fix is next Monday November 24.

Stay tuned, we will announce here when downloads are working again.

Jenn
