Is there a way to access AABC data using command-line tools? I am hoping to download the complete set of processed imaging data to a server with no usable GUI/remote desktop interface. Is this possible via Balsa or any other means?

(I see the note about aspera issues currently, but after that is fixed?)

Hi Keith,

Implementing one or more command line options in the next couple of months is in the BALSA development queue, but we don’t have it available yet. What we recommend for now is to mount the target server filesystem from a computer on the same network/in the same building that does have a GUI/browser to interact with Aspera.

Best,

Jenn
