Hcp movie dataset

Dear experts,

We recently used the hcp movie dataset for a publication (thank you!)
I am asked by an editor to remove the movie segment we were interested with from the sup mat and the picture of the frames where there are identifiable people.
Is that a reasonable request? Or can I rebut it? My understanding is that the movie segments are derived from real movies and this should not be an issue, but I may be wrong.

Hi Mich,

There were two sources of the movies used in the 7T scanning: Creative Commons videos that are a concatenation of independent short clips from freely movies available on Vimeo.com under Creative Commons licensing (denoted with a “CC” in the file name) and Hollywood film excerpts previously published by Cutting et al. 2012 (denoted with a “HO" in the file name).
