We have had an issue in our data storage pool that underlies ConnectomeDB. We have confirmed some data loss and are looking for possible corruption. Fortunately, we have multiple copies of the data plus the AWS S3 bucket that we are confident will allow us to reassemble nearly all to all of the lost data.
We are expecting a 1-2 week downtime in Aspera package downloads as we assess the losses and reassemble any affected data. We'll post updates as we make progress.
In the meantime, you may access HCP-YA imaging data via the S3 bucket. ConnectomeDB will remain up for functions apart from imaging downloads (AWS credential creation, searching and downloading phenotypic data, etc.).
Sorry for the inconvenience this causes. We are currently also in the midst of moving all data to a new Ceph filesystem that should make events like this one significantly less likely.
Best,WU-MInn-Ox HCP/CCF Data Release Team
