Downloading only selected files

Hi,

After the move to BALSA is there still any way to use curl or something similar to view and download only specific files from each subject instead of the whole 10GB rfMRI directory?

Hi Samyogita,

We don’t have a way to do this in BALSA presently. We do have plans to implement a REST interface for downloading individual files and an alternative to Aspera for larger transfers. These are not yet in place, but we are hoping to have them later this spring.
