Hi,

I am trying to use the gradunwarp module (version 1.2.0) to unwrap scan images from siemens Prisma scanner. I have gradient non-linearity coefficient values from Siemens. But, I do not have the *.coef file, which is a required argument for the code. I donot know the format of the *.coef file and therefore not being able to run the codes. It would be really helpful if you can share with me an example format for the *.coef file.

Thank you so much.

Best Regards,

It isn’t trivial and the coefficient file is a Siemens formatted file that normally comes directly off of the scanner.  Are you saying what they gave you is not already in this format?  Perhaps you can ask them for what you want.

Matt.
