Hello,

Is there a way to download the working memory task fMRI event logs (EVs) from BALSA without having to download the entire unprocessed data package? If not BALSA, can I do so with any other tools?

Thanks so much,
Phil Tubiolo

Hi Philip,

We don’t have a way to do this in BALSA presently. We do have plans to implement a REST interface for downloading individual files and an alternative to Aspera for larger transfers, but it will likely be a couple of months before we can get those in place due to some other work we need to get done first.

If you obtained AWS keys on ConnectomeDB before it closed down, you can still use them to access the S1200 data on the HCP S3 Open Datasets bucket. The per subject EVs are there. We also plan to implement AWS key (re)generation on BALSA, but again, it may take some weeks before we get that in place.

Best,

Jenn

Thanks, Jenn! Unfortunately, S3 Browser is telling me that my AWS key that has previously worked "does not exist in our records." Any ideas on how to debug this?
