Dice coefficient

Hi everyone, 

I have a couple of questions, please.

1) Is there a way to measure the dice coefficient between labels from two different dlabel files using the wb_command. For example a label from the Human.Brodmann09.32k_fs_LR.dlabel.nii and another from MMP dlabel?

2) Regarding the Language tMRI, if I want to choose a contrast that will be suitable to look for language laterality, would the STORY-MATH be sufficient?

1. You could script something up with wb_command -cifti-math and wb_command -cifti-stats.
2. That or the STORY contrast.
