Wishart filter for increasing SNR

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows where exactly is the code to implement wishart filter to improve SNR especially for the subcortical regions? Is it part of the TICA pipeline?

It might also help if you can give some examples of the file name output of the PCA-reconstructed time series so that I can search in the scripts/documentations.
