tfMRI social task

Dear HCP-Husers,

I downloaded preprocessed tfMRI data (of the social task) from 1200 subjects data release. Can anyone please explain me why there are two runs for each subject? for example, in social task results there are two folders corresponding to the two runs: "tfmri_social_LR" and "tfmri_socialRL"

There are analyzed task fMRI data that have combined across runs.  Perhaps you should be using those (ideally the minimally smoothed MSMAll data)?  We acquired balanced amounts of LR and RL data.
