BALSA Structural Preprocessed Extended

Hello experts,

Could you please clarify, does the new BALSA repository have the Structural Preprocessed Extended folder/files available for download? Although it's listed in the new release's manual, I don't see that folder on BALSA's list of imaging packages, just the Structural Preprocessed Recommended. For my analysis I need the full freesurfer outputs, which are only available in the extended folder.

Yes, those are available.  Make sure that you've set the toggles appropriately to see ALL available packages.  In particular, once you set Recommended = All (rather than the default of 'Y'), you'll see the "Structural Preprocessed Extended for 3T and 7T" packages.
