Downloading retest data

Dear HCP team,

Am I right in assuming I can't download retest data via REST calls?

If so, since retest data download on db.humanconnectome.org isn't working for me (I get "internal server error"s): I assume this is because of the storage event -> is it possible for you to give a rough approximation for when the retest data will be downloadable again?

could you clear up for me whether I'm right that there's currently no way to download retest data (or 100 unrelated data), also not via REST calls? I tried both but got error messages that the respective subject folders were non-existent.

Hi Alina,

You can access the data, including the Retest data and the 100 subjects in the unrelated group (by individual subject, subjects listed in the attached), in the HCP Amazon S3 bucket. Instructions here.

Or you can download individual files from the database using REST calls, more info here. You'll need the file and directory structure in this Appendix for the syntax. Although, we were not able to setup CREST resources for the Retest data so for that data you will need to go to Amazon.
