Dear all,

I'm still finding similar issues to the one I've previously reported.
This time however the download does not skip the .md5 file and just throw the following error.

Thank you for any help

Hi Fabio,

Since last Thursday, we have been experiencing a major filesystem outage that is affecting all downloads from BALSA that require the Aspera server (all imaging package downloads from ConnectomeDB powered by BALSA – HCP-YA, HCP-YA Retest, AABC). The current ETA for a fix is next Monday November 24. After that, you can restart your download.

Stay tuned, we will announce on the HCP-Users list when downloads are working again.

Jenn
