Dear all,

I have been encountering issues with the workbench

1. Information Window Empty
Problem: When you clicked on activated regions, the Information Window appeared but was empty - no vertex information, overlay values, or Glasser atlas labels were displayed.

2. Qt5 Library Conflicts
Problem: The wb_view executable in bin_linux64/ had Qt5 library conflicts with Ubuntu 24.04 system libraries.

3. Couldn't Toggle Overlay Layers
Problem: You couldn't turn overlay layers on/off using the eye icon.

Could you please let me know how to resolve this?.

Thanks,
Vasudev

Hello,

Which version of workbench are you using?  It is available at File Menu -> About wb_view.

Some older distributions of workbench for linux may have included a system library, I believe it is libstdc++ or similar, in workbench/libs_linux64.  It is there, try temporarily moving it to another location so that it does not get loaded when wb_view is started.

If you have not tried the Neurodebian build of Workbench, try it.  It looks like it has a version for 24.04.  http://neuro.debian.net/pkgs/connectome-workbench.html
