Issue with Accessing Non-Imaging Data for HCP Aging / AABC Dataset

Dear HCP Support Team,  

I hope this message finds you well.

We are currently attempting to download the HCP Aging / Aging Adult Brain Connectome (AABC) dataset, but we are encountering an issue. When we try to access the non-imaging data, we are unable to do so. The page displays the message, "Sorry, you're not authorized to view this page."

Could you kindly assist us with resolving this issue or provide guidance on how we can gain access to the non-imaging data?

Hi Yalda,

Are you getting the "Sorry, you're not authorized to view this page." message after logging into BALSA? Have you signed the AABC Data Use Terms? What email are you registering under? You need to be using an institutional email address affiliated with an academic, non-profit, or governmental entity. *.gmail.com addresses are not acceptable for getting access to AABC data per its data use terms.

How are you trying to download the non-imaging data? (which buttons are you clicking to get the error) 

It is working for me when I click "export CSV" at the bottom right of the Selected Subjects Non-imaging data section of the page or when I open the "Files" tab and select Download under AABC_Release1_Non-imaging_Data-XL.csv

I registered in BALSA with my academic email from Northwestern University. I have no issues downloading the imaging data. The "Sorry, you're not authorized to view this page." message only appears when I try to download the non-imaging data.
