Automated Temporal ICA Code

Dear Dr. Glasser,

I found your preprint on the automated Temporal ICA and was intrigued by the possibility of using it to improve one of our ongoing projects.

We intend to use this method to clean up the HCP 7T Resting-state data (tthe ICA-FIX cleaned version). While the preprint mentions that the new pipeline is available, I have not been able to locate the new automated version in the HCP pipelines on GitHub.

I would appreciate your guidance on this matter.

Dear Matt,

Since the release date is uncertain, would it be possible that we get the code / script of the automated tICA cleanup pipeline (the latest version)? I have not maneged to find it on Github.
