Hi,

I'm trying to download some specific MEG files (anatomy, Resting State preprocessed and Resting State unprocessed data) from connectomeDB.
When I try to do so, some errors like this one shows up:

img_bug.png

This is subject specific as it does not happen with every subject.
Any idea about why it might happen?

Thank you.

- Fabio

This error is likely harmless, some of the expected md5 files for those subjects didn't exist on the server.

I tested downloading the packages you showed in the screenshot and they unzip with all contents. As Tim said, it's just the checksum that's missing from the transfer and Aspera shows an error because BALSA expects all Aspera packages to have md5 files.

Hi all,

We wondered if anyone has had experience with analysing the 7T
young-adult HCP movie data. We are particularly interested in whether
anyone has looked at different emotions within it and maybe even
annotated the data for the emotions that participants viewed? We'd love
to find out if this has already been done.

Thanks a lot!

Kind regards,
Miriam

Hi Miriam,
Take a look at the 7T movie resources in the Files tab, specifically the semantic category labels. That may or may not be exactly what you need,  but it might get you started.

Best,
Jenn

Hi Miriam,

You can use LLMs for annotating the movie frames for different emotions. We are in the process of doing it.

Best,
Reza
