Dear Connectome team,

I am an undergraduate student from Korea and I heard about your project from one of our professors and I was very intrigued by your team's work! Upon further investigation I learned about the Connectome DB and I downloaded the database(Dataset: WU-Minn HCP Data - 1200 Subjects, 1003 Subjects, recon r177 + r227, Dense Connectome (33GB), 812 Subjects, recon r227, Dense Connectome (33GB)) and installed the workbench, and I followed the tutorials. Everything was functional until this point. (Every file I opened was a .scene file.)

However, when I tried to open [HCP_S1200_1003_rfMRI_MSMAll_groupPCA_d4500ROW_zcorr.dconn.nii] under 1003 Subjects, recon r177 + r227, Dense Connectome (33GB), I came across this error and I can't seem to get through. I have tried to google it, reinstalling it yet nothing seems to work.

When I tried to open this from workbench, it pops up black like wo:

and the cmd looks like this:

I am using  a Windows 10 laptop and using an external harddrive to run this as I don't have enough storage for it..

Please let me know if you have any solution or advice.

Thank you in advance,
Woongbeom Kim

"The CIFTI file contains 32492 nodes for structure CortexLeft but the corresponding surface brain structure contains 163842 nodes."

You need to load 32k surfaces (from an fsaverage_32k folder) to display most of our cifti files.  At this time, wb_view can only load one resolution of each surface structure, so you can't load the 164k surfaces in the same wb_view instance as the dconn.

Sorry, "fsaverage_LR32k" is the folder name I meant.
