Good morning!

Does the HCP have a method to create and implement cerebellar surfaces?
Specifically, if I wanted to create a dconn or pconn including the cerebellum?

Thanks,
Jeanette

Not at this time in individuals.  The cerebellar cortex is on average 1mm thick, which makes segmenting it accurately a challenge even for 0.7mm isotropic data (ideally we would do it on 0.5mm isotropic data).  David Van Essen created a cerebellar surface for the Colin brain that he can tell folks more about.

Matt.
