Dear HCP colleagues,
I hope you are well.
I am a graduate seeking a PhD opportunity at the intersection of artificial intelligence and neuroimaging, particularly in AI-driven analysis of large-scale fMRI datasets such as those from the Human Connectome Project.
My primary expertise lies in advanced AI and deep learning methodologies. I have hands-on experience with:
Transformer-based architectures
Representation learning and multimodal modeling
Graph neural networks
Agentic AI and multi-agent system design
Fine-tuning and adapting large language and large vision models
Designing scalable AI pipelines for high-dimensional data
I am particularly interested in applying modern AI frameworks to functional connectivity modeling, temporal dynamics of fMRI signals, and predictive brain network analysis.
I would be grateful to know whether any research group within this community is currently considering PhD students with strong AI backgrounds to contribute to neuroimaging research.
I would be happy to share my CV and further discuss potential research alignment.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Best regards,
Moslem
