Dear HCP Data Team,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m working with the HCP Aging dataset and would
like to clarify the nature of the CIFTI files available for the fMRI data.
Could you confirm whether the CIFTI files contain resting-state fMRI time
series data (such as .dtseries files) or if they are Imaging-Derived
Phenotypes (IDPs) with one value per voxel or region?
I want to ensure we’re accessing the correct files for our analysis, which
requires the full resting-state time series.
