Hi

How can I convert my csv file which contains vertices index and labels into dlabel file?

If it has all the vertices, strip off the vertex indices and save it as a gifti file, use -cifti-create-dense-from-template to convert them to a single dscalar, and then -cifti-label-import to attach names and colors to the integers:

If it doesn't have all the vertices, the most bulletproof way would be to expand it to all vertices anyway, and do the same.  If you know it already corresponds to exactly the vertices used by an existing cifti file, you can do -cifti-convert -from-text with "-col-delim ," (after removing the vertex indices), and continue to -cifti-label-import.

Is there a way to map the heat map or color map (say coolwarm) and not just labeled values?

I have n voxels and each voxel is associated with a value between 0-1

Sounds like you want to make a .dscalar.nii instead of a .dlabel.nii.

Matt.

I have a txt file with fcs for each vertex and now I want to create a dscalar which I can use it for the visualization. Any suggestion how to do?
