HCP Aging Plasma Assay

I am working on data from HCP Aging and was wondering which plasma assay/platform was used to measure the AD Plasma Biomarkers in this dataset.

Hi Feli,

We used the Olink platform for the AD biomarkers released to AABC Releases 1 & 2. We will be switching to the Alomar platform for subsequent releases.

Hi Feli,

Sorry, the Olink platform was for the inflammatory biomarkers for AABC releases 1 & 2. For the AD biomarkers, we used MesoScaleDiscovery (MSD) kits.
