Dear HCP Team,
I have a question regarding the scoring of the Social Responsiveness Scale (SRS-2) data from the HCP-Development release.
While examining the data, I noticed that the released male_rawscoreall and female_rawscoreall scores closely match the direct sum of the questionnaire item responses (with only small differences that may reflect missing values for item 52). This made me wonder whether the total scores were computed with or without reverse-scoring the appropriate SRS-2 items.
I also looked into the released T-scores (male_tscoreall and female_tscoreall), which appear to be highly correlated with the raw scores.
My questions are:
- Were the total scores calculated after applying reverse scoring to the appropriate SRS-2 items?
- Is there a reason why item 52 contains missing values for some participants, even though their total scores appear to include the contribution of item 52?
Any other related information or documentation regarding the SRS-2 scoring procedure would also be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time and help.
Best regards,
Ruohan Gao
