HCP PCA maps

Hi HCP users,

I was wondering whether the pca eigenmaps  provided namely (HCP_S1200_1003_rfMRI_MSMAll_groupPCA_d4500_Eigenmaps.dtseries.nii) were constructed from the MSMAII pipeline or from the ICA+FIX pipeline (the clean dtseries output). From the naming it would seem that they were created from MSMAII, but the docs say that it had the ICA+FIX artifacts removed which I am assuming would then be the clean timeseries. Would it be incorrect to use them as a dimensionality reduction on the MSMAII data?

sICA+FIX is a denoising pipeline.  MSMAll is a surface-based alignment pipeline.  We ran both (sICA+FIX preceding MSMAll).

Then the clean files have tICA (after MSMAII)?
