Dear all,
I am trying to download the raw MEG data files from ConnectomeDB through BALSA.
So far I could only fine the preprocessed or source level processed MEG data, I need the unprocessed data. Can someone please tell me where I could find this data? I would also appreciate if someone can show me how I can download it directly using mne-hcp python package instead of going through BALSA.

Thank you.

Hi Prasanna,

Under Selected Imaging Packages, toggle the Session or Scan columns to “All” or “MEG” and the Recommended column to “All” or “N”:

Right now, the only option for downloading is Aspera Connect with the browser plug in. You may mount and download to a network filesystem from an OS with a browser. We are working on exploring and implementing other options.

Best,

Jenn

Thank you so much. I never noticed that the recommended column defaulted to 'Y' so I never saw the unprocessed MEG data when I was searching.

Best,
Prasanna
