Is it permissible to use the HCP movie label files (e.g., "WordNet_MOVIE1_CC1.txt") included in the 7T Movie-watching Data release for my own research?

I am aware that the movie labeling was conducted by the Gallant Lab team, so I wanted to make sure there are no issues or copyright concerns regarding the use of this data for my study.
