Hi - please can someone let us know where the "best / latest" group-average HCP-YA surfaces (eg Q1-Q6_R440.L.white.32k_fs_LR.surf.gii) are -   is it just distributed in one of the Tutorial packages?

Thanks.

Hi Steve,

That would be MSMAll1071.  Not sure if that is distributed yet though.  Do you want only 32k or also 164k?

Matt.

Hi Steve,

We made a reference group average dataset with 1096 HCP-YA subjects that were processed with MSMAll: https://balsa.wustl.edu/reference/pkXDZsurfaces

Since then, we found some subjects were processed partly with the wrong phase encoding, so have been using surfaces made with the 1071 correctly-processed MSMAll subjects as in this study: https://balsa.wustl.edu/study/mDBP0.

Specifically, you can download this scene: https://balsa.wustl.edu/7qwq3?version=p0GGV in its entirety.

For the individual files, select “Files”, search for “S1200” and filter for surfaces, then click on each to download each one that you need individually:

Best,

Jenn

Perhaps we should release these spec files separately as reference datasets Jenn?

Matt.

Yes, I can put this on the priority list.

Thanks Matt/Jenn - I think we need both resolutions.
Cheers.
