Odor and taste measures in HCP dataset

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for some help here. I am particularly interested in the odor and taste measures of the HCP aging sample. I did download the file with sensory information through NDA download manager but the spreadsheet is blank. If anyone could provide some information on this that will be very helpful.

Hi Khushbu,
We did not collect Olfaction/Taste Toolbox measures for HCP-Aging so there is no data for those measures.

Hi Jennifer,

Thank you for your response.
Also I see the odor id and taste id scores of the HCP adult population but I wonder is it possible to have a more detailed view of the responses for various odors or taste stimuli presented to the participants. Instead of the cumulative id score that we currently have in the dataset we wanted to specifically look at their identification scores on individual items.
Can we have that information?

Are you talking about for HCP-Young Adult? If so, do you have Restricted Data Access? Item-level raw data is available for those with Restricted data access.

Hi,

I am reaching out to seek help. I am looking at the resting state fMRI nodes (100) timeseries (4800 time points) for each subject and I want to know how can we decode the node names. Please help.
