Hi,

I am trying to run IcaFixProcessingBatch.sh and I face some problems, I am sorry if it is too basic but could you please let me know of your ideas?

In the error file:

The problem seems to be solved.

For anyone facing the same problem in the future: "pay attention to the version of R packages you use and also add gifti to your maltab path"

As an aside, the QuNex container really simplifies the issues around getting an operational version of FIX, since all the dependencies are taken care of inside the container.
